Our process is transparent. 

With our people-centered approach, we discover what your employees need and want, 

and help you provide support that is meaningful so they stay, and stay happy.

Step 1: We start by calculating your economic losses due to attrition, overtime, temp agency staffing, unreliable child care, and soft costs of turnover. 

Step 2: We emphasize a 2-4 week period of discovery through grant-funded workforce surveying. We manage the email campaign, messaging, and outreach to your staff as an independent 3rd party. The survey takes 5-7 minutes to complete, is incentivized, and assesses employee workplace attitudes and employee social determinants of health needs. We focus on social determinants of health because this is a silent and powerful contributor to attrition. Every day, good employees leave the workforce because they can't access reliable child care, or an unexpected car repair they can't afford leaves them without reliable transportation, or they are struggling in some other way and just need a little temporary support to access resources that will get them back on track.

As a response to the COVID-19 pandemic, Montgomery County, PA made strategic investments in innovative programs and services that supported business and workforce recovery from the pandemic.  Along The Way was the recipient of the largest award, winning $3.26M. Since then, we have stretched this award even further by winning additional funding from grant-making foundations in Montgomery County and in neighboring counties.

For a limited time, our workforce stabilization services are available at a substantially reduced cost, thanks to generous grant funding. This temporary offer allows your organization to experience the full value of our service, designed to enhance workforce stability, without the typical financial commitment.  

Please note: This offer is meant to introduce you to our effective services, which are typically funded through employer contributions, reflecting their long-term commitment to reducing turnover and improving employee retention. Post-trial, services will be available under our standard partnership model, where employers contribute financially to ensure sustainability and continued workforce benefits.
